Shipping & Returns
Courier Policy
All our couriers within South Africa are done via Courier Guy or Postnet with a delivery period of 1 - 3 working days. Once a PPA or Waybill receipt is sent to customer, delivery period shall be the responsibility of the courier partner.

All our items come with a free normal courier offer by The Courier Guy or Postnet for clients within South Africa. Should a require any special courier which is faster or more convenient, the customer shall incur the additional costs.
Return & Exchange Policy
Refund
MACGUY will give the customer refund in full should we fail to deliver the ordered items within 7 working days. MACGUY will also give full refund if a wrong or damaged item is delivered and the customer wishes to get a refund. MACGUY will not give a refund if a correct item is delivered and the customer changes their mind. MACGUY will also not give any refund if the customer on any special orders. Refunds will be made within 5 working days.
Exchanges and upgrades are allowed as long as the customer returns the device in the same condition.
