Warranty
 
All devices sold by MACGUY have a limited 3 months warranty. Our warranty gives our customer peace of mind in knowing that any device supplied will function as expected for at-least 3 months after purchase.
 
Our warranty for devices does NOT cover damages by the customer whether by intent or accident after purchase or installation. Our warranty does not cover any accessories that accompany a device such as headsets, chargers, cables and so forth.
 
Delivery
 
An item will be delivered within the stipulated period which may vary. Our standard delivery period for items that are in stock is 1 - 3 working days and 14 days for special order items. We offer free delivery nationwide through The Courier Guy and Postnet which usually takes 1 - 3 working days to deliver to the customer.
 
Refund
 
MACGUY will give the customer refund in full should we fail to deliver the ordered items within the stipulated period. MACGUY will also give full refund if a wrong or damaged item is delivered and the customer wishes to get a refund. MACGUY will not give a refund if a correct item is delivered and the customer changes their mind. MACGUY will also not give any refund to the customer on any special orders. Refunds will be made within 5 working days.
 
Exchanges and upgrades are allowed as long as the customer returns the device in the same condition.
